Ron McArthur, President

Ron McArthur has been with the company for over four years and continues to focus WSI efforts on the growth and profitability of our customers, Consultants and partners within the WSI e-Marketplace. Ron has built a team that embraces the concept of strong relationships in all their interactions within our global community. His comprehensive understanding of the franchise business model and his unrelenting focus on providing superior customer service makes Ron well suited to realizing WSI's vision and growing our company to be the world's leading provider of Internet Solutions to the small and medium size business (SME) market.

As Vice President of Business Strategy and Innovation, Valerie Brown directs WSI's resources towards realizing the company’s vision and enhancing the opportunities of the growing network of Internet Consultants. Leading strategic projects as the implementation of the WSI Oracle-based enterprise business system, Valerie looks to drive innovation and value to our customers, Consultants and WSI e-Marketplace partners. Valerie calls upon her many years of franchising and working internationally where she developed an intimate understanding of different regional strengths and weaknesses, and an enriched awareness of the various needs within global business economy.

Len Taylor, VP Information Technology

As an IT certified Chartered Accountant, Len brings a business focus to all system related projects ensuring the solution is in line with the operational needs. Len Taylor has been working with the Oracle E-Business Suite of products since 1993 and led many implementations, in addition to using the system for day-to-day operations for nearly ten years of his career. He is a member of the Toronto Oracle User Group Board of Directors and has presented and published white papers on various topics related to the Oracle systems. After beginning a consulting relationship with WSI in the fall of 2006 relating to the Oracle system implementation, he joined the company in 2007. In addition to his focus on implementing the Oracle system for the WSI e-Marketplace, Len’s responsibilities include leading the company’s IT team in the sourcing, development and application of solutions that deliver premium value to system users, providing world-class systems and operational reliability for the use of both Head Office and the WSI Consultant community.

As Vice President of Franchise Operations, Maribel Guiste, a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), ensures that WSI's Consultants and their clients enjoy the highest level of service via unparalleled home office support. Maribel has an educational foundation in training and psychological development and was a successful entrepreneur; a background that prepared her well for her current role of continually developing WSI's ability to provide the quality of service that our clients need today and in the future. For Maribel, the key to WSI's success is our commitment to providing the support, ongoing learning and guidance that our Consultants need to serve their clients better. As a member of the WSI team for over 8 years, Maribel remains steadfast in her commitment to ensuring WSI Consultants have the most complete and progressive training, tools and support programs enabling them to grow their businesses profitably. A well-known leader in the franchise field, Maribel Guiste is WSI’s liaison to the International Franchise Association (IFA) and Canadian Franchise Association (CFA).

Mark Dobson, VP Franchise Development

Mark Dobson, our VP Franchise Development has been with WSI since its inception. Mark has an extensive background in the development of human potential and the understanding of behavioral patterns. He was instrumental in the development of the unique selection process incorporated by WSI. Mark also brings his many years of franchising experience to the WSI network ensuring only the highest quality of franchise applicants are awarded the WSI franchise. Using his prior experience as an entrepreneur, Mark has a very good understanding of WSI applicants’ needs and desires to own a business within a proven franchise system.



Kishor Vyas, Controller

As Controller, Kishor Vyas’ mandate is to ensure the fiscal responsibility of the Company. Kishor also works with the Management team to make sure appropriate resources are in place to help grow the businesses of WSI Consultants and partners with the e-Marketplace. Kishor is focused on driving significant process improvements ensuring WSI receives the maximum return on resources deployed. In addition to utilizing his skills for financial matters, Kishor leverages his experiences to facilitate WSI strategic decision making and ensure our direction is consistent with driving additional sustainable profitability for all WSI network members.
